Help Desk Support

There are various ways to access support and and on-going after care when you become a customer.  

ACCOUNT MANAGER:

Every CRM trial account or customer has an Account Manager. 

This is the person you first have had contact with, who understands your business needs from the very beginning.  

You may have had an online demo, phone contacts or a face to face meeting with them. 

It is their role to stay in touch with you as and when you need it. 

HELP DESK SUPPORT:

We also have a Help Desk that you can access for support questions via:

1. Click on the Help icon along the menu bar of your CRM account: 



Alternatively, click on the orange Feedback and Support button located at the bottom right corner of your CRM account:




2. Click on the Envelope icon as shown below to send us an email directly from your account which will go straight into our Help Desk as a ticket where one of our Support Team will respond to you. 



3. Alternatively send an email directly to our support desk so that one of our Support Team can assist you.
