Please note: that by updating the firmware on your phone you may lose any configuration settings that have already been set up on your phone such as hunt group configurations/ring tones etc which may need to be re-applied.
Before you go ahead with updating firmware check with our Support Helpdesk who will advise you further.

1. You can find the software version by clicking on the ‘green’ button on the desk phone
2. Using the scroll key scroll as shown below in red scroll down to 'info’
3. Select 'SW Version’
The version of your firmware will then displayed - the latest version is 02.01.00.
If you need to update to the latest version please follow the instructions below:
You will need to log into the web interface of the phone click here to see how.
Once logged in do the following:
Click on 'Settings'
Select 'System'
Select 'Firmware Update”
Enter the Web address for the automatic update search in the Data server field as shown in the screenshot below:
Click on Update firmware to start the search and to load the new firmware.
Your phone may go 'off line' while this updates.
When finished please click on 'Logout' to exit the web interface.
