1. To clear your cache in Firefox just select the Ctrl, Shift and Delete keys - the following window will appear:
2. You can select how far you clear by using the Time range drop down as shown below:
We would recommend that you select Today.
3. Please be careful that you only check the boxes for Cookies and Cache as if you have any other boxes check such as Active Logins you risk losing passwords that are saved on this browser:
4. Click on Clear Now to activate.
