We can set this up for you by using the birthday due date (maybe you want to be alerted x number of weeks before the birthday to promote something?) we can then create a task reminder or input this into the calendar as a birthday reminder. The whole process could be automated. If you would like to find out more about the cost to set this up contact support@whitefluffy.cloud.

We would like some kind of system to flag up people’s birthdays (clients/contacts) as we have a custom field for both those – we are looking to start sending out birthday cards and messages via social media
