Using your CRM account on an iPhone if you are in the full 'Desktop' version by clicking on the 'Desktop' link as shown below in red at the login page then you will be able to use your CRM account as you would on a PC.
This means that you can create new History items and add an attachment directly from your iPhone such as a document or image to the History. .
You can also update Custom Fields on your iPhone too.
