If you get an error message when trying to access the File repository section please check that you are not using Internet Explorer to run your account as it is incompatible.
We recommend that you use Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers on a PC and Safari browser if using a Mac.
You need to refresh the cache on your PC. Depending on which browser you are using click on the relevant instructions below:
