To activate the loud speaker on a Deskphone please follow the steps below:
1. Press the speaker key
and put down the receiver.
2. The speaker key is lit up while the function is activated and the loudspeaker 
icon is displayed on the phone screen
3. To deactivate the speaker mode while on the phone just lift up the handset.
