1. If your email campaign contains URL links our advice is to make sure that you when you insert the link that you change the target frame to open in new window – as the screenshot shows below:
2. We recommend you do this when inserting links so that the reader can close the document, webpage or video link that opens up from clicking on the URL link and that the email still remains ‘behind’ the window you have closed – otherwise you run the risk of closing the same window and the person reading has to then re-open the email again to resume reading.
