The reason you are not seeing all of your calendar events on your iPad is due to a problem with a caching issue.

Apple have reported this issue with IOS 6.0.1 which is now replaced by IOS 10.  They do have a fix in the next release but we are not sure when this will be released.

Our technical team have created a work around. Firstly you need to clear the cache on your iPad.

To do this please follow the instructions below:

1. Go into Settings on your iPad and click safari – select clear cookies and data – when you go back into your calendars you will be able to see the new calendar that you created plus the other events that were missing.

2. Please note DO NOT USE your short cut key to load up your CRM account as this still has the cache issue which technical are still looking to see if they can work around.

At the moment you will need to login into your CRM account through the Safari browser – you can save the username and password but you will not be able to use the short cut icon.
