This may be because you have imported the phone numbers in the Home section by using the Business2Consumer data import template instead of the Business2Business data import template.
This would then put contact numbers and any other contact information inside the Home tab within a contacts record rather than the Work tab.
If the default contact details displayed on the business card section are set for the Work tab to be displayed this is why you will not be able to see the phone numbers.

Please note: the Work tab is set up as the default unless changed. For information on how to change this default setting please keep reading:
If you click the Home tab - as shown in the screenshot below you will see any other details such as phone numbers recorded for that contact:
You can click to make the Home tab the default contact type by clicking on the 'click to make default contact type' option as shown below:
Click on Update to save.
You will then see the Home details for your contact displayed on the Business card section as shown below:
Please note: the black arrow as shown above in red - this allows you to scroll between the Work and Home addresses and contact details.
You can however set the default to always display the Home tab contact details - to do this please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Settings icon along the menu bar
2. Inside the Your Settings tab you will see you can set 'Home tab first' as the default setting as shown in red. To set this up just place a tick in the box.
3. Click on Update Settings to save.
