If you are unable to open up a contact record please firstly check that you are not using Internet Explorer browser to run your CRM account.
This browser is not fully compatible with the CRM system and can cause issues such as this.
Instead we recommend that you use either Google Chrome, Firefox or if using a Mac Safari browsers to run your CRM account.
If after having checked the above you are still unable to open up a contact record please contact our Support Helpdesk with the following:
1. The name of the contact record you cannot open
2. If you were last inside that contact record recently any updates you made to it - such as adding notes, history etc
This issue can be caused by copying and pasting in email addresses or text so if you have done this please let us know and we will resolve this for you.
