They have offices based in the UK and New Zealand to ensure that they can provide international call answering services across the different time zones.  Please note the receptionists are English speaking only.

The Auto Receptionist Service 


This is an automated service that will ensure all of your calls are answered professionally and routed to the correct person, department or location.  We use a professional voice recording to set up a customised greeting that callers will hear.

 

They can dial you or your team directly by extension or by name. Calls not answered can be sent to voice mail and retrieved through our voice mail to email service.
