I cannot see contact in company mode with the other contacts but it shows in person mode, why? : Support

This is because you have misspelt the company name in the contact not displaying against those contacts that were set up before.

1. Be sure that you have not shortened the company name or added spaces etc where there should not be on this new contact.

2. Check against the missing contact and the ones showing and you will see the error.
