When a contact is added to your CRM account there is a default image that is automatically given for that contact. 


You can change this image to either one of the pre-loaded images we offer which may be better suited or if you wish you can upload your own image for a contact which could be a photo of that person or a company logo.

When you either add a contact or edit a contact if you click on the Photo tab as shown below you can add a picture to a contact – there are some images you can choose from or if you wish or you can upload your own image.  



Once you have made your selection just click on the Update button to save.
