Your VoIP phones will require re-configuration by our Technical team which will incur a cost - we can advise you on this depending on how many lines/phones are to be reconfigured.


We will also require the following information: 

  • IP address that runs your router
  • Subnet mask
  • Gateway
  • DNS 1 / DNS 2


Your IT people should be able to provide the above.


You will also need to provide us with the VoIP IP address of any VoIP Desk phones and/or Base Stations that you use.
