Trying to set up X-Lite on my Mac version 10.6.8 not working - why? : Support

The Mac version is an old one and needs to be updated. It will take approx 5 hours to do an update so we advise that you do it during a quiet period.

Once the Mac is the latest version then download the X-Lite softphone to connect with your VoIP phone inside your CRM account.
