Yes you will see inside the History section of your contacts record that there is a search filter and also a search history button as shown below in red:
Use the Search Filter to quickly find matching history items as shown below:
Alternatively click on the Search History button and follow the instructions as below:
1. Click on this 'Search History' button to open a search window as shown below:
2. Enter your text in the search button and click enter or search to find a match against the history:
3.The search looks for any matches against all contacts for all history.
4. You can also search the history for just the contact's record that you are working in by checking the 'only this contact's history' checkbox as shown below:
5. Use the hyperlink to view the actual history against your contacts.
