Please check that your VoIP line can receive incoming calls if you put the line on divert to another number such as a landline or mobile number?

Have you checked you have connected your phone equipment correct - for instance have you connected your Base Station/Desk phone correctly to your router?
Please check the connections and if necessary re-boot the router, Base Station
This is most likely a network issue which will require you to disable the SIP ALG setting on your router, please click here for further guidance.
Please can you check that DHCP is enabled on your router.
