Support

You are in Organisation mode so in order for you to see both organisations and individual people contact records you can either:

1. Click on the person icon on the contacts screen to see people mode as shown below:

Alternatively you can: 

2. Go into Settings and un-check 'Organisations First' so that as default you can see all contacts and not just organisations. 

3. Please click on Update Settings if you do the above

Now when you click back into your Contacts you will see all contacts including individual people as well as people at organisations.
