How to set up your X-Lite Softphone on your Smart Phone or Tablet:

Download the X-Lite softphone onto your Smart Phone or Tablet and then follow the steps below for the configuration of your VoIP line:

Username: Enter your VoIP 6 digit extension number - click here to see where to find this.

Domain: Enter sip.crmdomain.com

Password: Enter your 5 digit VoIP password - click here to see where to find this.

Display Name: Enter your name or business name

Go to Settings and Preferences to set up your ringtone etc

Now you can start to make calls via XLite on your iPhone or Smart Phone:
