I have lots of email addresses but I can not send an email to all of my contacts as they are not listed, why? : Support

If the email campaign has already been sent before this will be why you will be unable to send out to those 'same' contacts.

You will need to duplicate your email campaign so that you have a new email template if you wish to send out to all your contacts.

The image below shows the duplicate icon to create a new copy of your email template which you can then edit ready to send out.
