What do to if your email is spam pre-blocked?

If you see “spam preblocked”, it means our anti-spam system blocked your email from being sent based on its content.

You will need to review your email subject line and content to find and edit the problematic ‘spammy’ parts.  Once you have amended the email then send the email to yourself to check it gets through to your inbox.  .

Please be careful not to over use CAPITALIZATION as well as poor text/image ratio and the use of words like Free, Cash, Invoice which can be blocked by spam filters.

Please contact our Support Helpdesk for further guidance on best practices to prevent email from being blocked by spam filters.
