1. Double click on the Microsoft Edge browser icon

2. Type into the address bar the URL address of your CRM account

3. This will take you to your login page - enter your login details

4. Click on the Star icon which you will see along the top right-hand corner to bookmark this page as a favourite

5. Click Add as shown below:
