Do I get charged for emails that have unsubscribed, blocked/failed or hard bounced?
No we do not charge for any of the above, these automatically get removed from your invoice total. You will only get charged for the emails that are sent out successfully. .
Please Note: Some emails get marked as soft bounces. This occurs when our e-marketing platform is trying to deliver the email to your client but it is having problems this could be because the clients mailbox at the time is full or there is a technical problem with their email client at that time.
We will keep trying to deliver the email - however if after a short period of time we still cannot deliver the email then this becomes a hard bounce/blocked status and you will not be charged.
