The call statistics for the telesales team or call centre can be streamed onto a Digital Board so all the team can see.
Here is an example of what it can look like. It can show:
1. When the team logged in and out (Start and End times)
2. Length of time the sales person has been on the phone for the time they worked and the number of calls i.e Amy worked approx 3 1/2 hours, made 15 calls which all lasted 18 minutes in total (not per call). We could break this down further if you needed to.
