SMS reminders can be personalised. Set the date you want the SMS to go out inside a contacts record and we will do the rest so it goes out automatically.
Pull in merge fields into the SMS such as a client's name, engineers name etc, day and time of an appointment or delivery

Dear [FIRSTNAME], Your Engineer [ENTER ENGINEERS NAME], will arrive tomorrow at [ENTER TIME SLOT ] to do an annual service of your gas boiler as arranged. Please ensure that someone will be there to give him access. Please do not reply to this text from the Staywarm Team.
The message your customer will receive will be:

The cost to set up a customised SMS message where merge fields are pulled into the content of the SMS is £100 + VAT.
Thereafter the cost to send out the SMS message (based on a message with up to 160 characters) is charged as follows:
- 10p per SMS up to 500 messages per month
- 8p per SMS from 501-1000 messages per month
- 6p per SMS from 1001+ messages per month
