It is an Excel issue and can be down to an old version of Excel and does happen occasionally.

To separate out the column headings in your excel spreadsheet simply follow this guide: 

1. Highlight column A
2. Click on 'Data'
3. Then 'Text To Data'
4. Select 'Delimited', then Next
5. Untick 'Tab' and tick 'Comma' (as commas are separating your text in column A)
6. Click on Next then click on Finish
