When you are unable to receive more calls through on your Gigaset Base Station it because of the limitation of the actual base unit where dependent on the model you may only receive 3 or 4 consecutive calls at once.
The issue is with the Gigaset N300 IP Base Station which has a maximum capacity of 3 lines.
The Gigaset N510 IP Base Station which has a maximum capacity of 4 lines.
If you use the 'transfer' function from 1 Gigaset Dect phone to another phone this takes up the capacity of 2 lines - thus only leaving you with 1 line to receive incoming calls or to make outgoing calls at that time.
The 'easy' way around this would be to add an extra Gigaset N510 IP Base Station and move some of the phones over to the new base.
