There are several reasons why this would occur:


1. This could be because your user details have been set up for the calendar 'owner' for that calendar name so that all reminders are therefore going to your email address. 


2. When you were set up as a user, the Key Account Holder of your CRM account may have asked us to rename you as a user from another user and their calendar is still associated to the renamed user login.


We will need to check this for you so please contact our Support Helpdesk so that we can investigate and resolve this.
