Using Grid View you can now filter on contacts that you have opened up recently (Newest First) or ones that you have not viewed for a long time (Newest Last) using the relevant filters as shown below:
If you choose the 'Newest First' option this will pull out your contacts in Grid View of those contacts by date order of when they were last viewed with the most recent shown first, as shown below:
If you choose the 'Newest Last' option this will pull out contacts in Grid View by date order of the longest time since they were viewed - as shown below:
Please note: depending on which filter you choose you will see the coloured boxes with a number in - this shows the number of days the contact was last viewed and is colour coded to denote the length of time with green being most recent and red showing the longest time - please click here to read more about this feature.
