How to take a screenshot on your iPhone:

You can capture the screen on your iOS device using the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top or side of your phone - as shown below: 

2. At the same time immediately press and release the Home button on the front of your phone - as shown below:

3. To find your screenshot, go to the Photos icon on your phone as shown below:

4.  Inside 'Albums' tap on 'Camera Roll' as shown below:

5. Select the screenshot you have just taken by tapping it and you will see an 'Share' icon as shown below:

6. Tap this share icon and then select the 'Mail' icon as shown below to email the screenshot:

7. Send the email to our Support Desk if you have a screenshot of an issue you would like us to investigate on your iPhone.
