View the availability of the team by clicking on a 'Calendar' button inside a contact's record as shown below in red: 



Click on the 'View Calendar' button to go straight to the calendar section (while inside the contacts record) as shown below:



This enables you to view availability and even make an appointment for the contact by clicking on either a day and time in the calendar and entering the details and selecting the relevant calendar name - as shown in below:
