Can I rename a user to another person? 


Yes we can rename a user to another person (user) if you wish us to do so.  Please let us know which user you wish to be renamed with the details of the new user as follows:


First Name 

Last Name

Email Address


Contact our Support Helpdesk with the above information.   We will rename the user and send the new person their new login details. 


Why would you rename a user to another person? 


The advantages of doing this is that any tasks for the previous user will now be associated with the person taking over that user's profile. 


The new user will also take over the previous users calendar - so any appointments will be shown for the new user. 


What happens to the history added by the previous user? 


Any history items added by the previous user will now be shown as the new user - for example, if Rosie was the previous user and she is renamed to 'Julie' then all history added by 'Rosie' will now become 'Julie'.

When the user has been renamed to 'Claire' the history added by Helen will automatically be renamed to 'Claire' as shown below:
