1. Please make sure that you are exporting your contacts in List View as shown below:
2. Make sure that you have selected all the contacts in List View to export.
3. Then click on the Export button:
4. Export the contacts in Windows 1252 format.
5. If you have foreign characters select UTF-8 format to export your contacts
6. Click on Export
7. If you see an error message such as the message below please contact our Support Helpdesk with the details of the tag group you are trying to export so that we can investigate and resolve this issue for you.
