How do I find out what version of Microsoft Outlook I use?

If using Outlook Office 365 please click on the 'File' tab and then click on 'Office Account' where you will see the version of Office 365 that you are using as shown in the example below:

How can I make sure that any new contacts I add will automatically be synced over into my Outlook contacts?

If you are adding new contacts into your CRM account just make sure you have tagged the contact with the 'sync' tag so that the contact will automatically be synced over into your Outlook account.

Please click here to see how to tag a contact.

Can I use a tag with my initials such as 'ho-sync' so that I can easily identify my contacts from those of my colleagues?

Yes, just make sure you enter your tag name into the Settings SyncML fields for incoming and outgoing as shown below:

That way you can apply your own unique tag to your contacts and they will be synced over into your Outlook contacts as shown in the example below:

What happens if I do not set up a tag inside the Settings – SyncML fields?

If you do not set up a tag inside the Settings SyncML fields for both Incoming and Outgoing then ALL your contacts inside your CRM account will be synced over into your Outlook contacts.
