If you are based in Channel Islands then no VAT applies.
If you are based in Europe and have a VAT number simply email the number to us and then you will not have to pay VAT.
If you do not have a VAT number then we will automatically charge 20% VAT on your monthly subscriptions as well as any customisation work we quote on.
If you are outside of Europe i.e. USA, South Africa, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia etc then we do not charge VAT.
