If you add a new contact to your database in icomplete and tag that contact with your 'sync' tag - please note you must use the tag name that you have set up inside the Settings - SynML settings (as shown below) then ALL contacts with your sync tag applied to their records will then be synced over into your iPhone/Android mobile.
Make sure your tag is applied to your contacts as shown below:
When your phone next syncs then your contacts will then be copied over as contacts on your iPhone/Android mobile as shown below:
