1. Please check you have followed the sync set up instructions thoroughly by clicking here.
2. Next, please go to your Settings icon on your phone:
3. Select the option Mail, Contacts, Calendars
4. Go to the Accounts section.
5. Select the account for your 'Contacts' that you have set up for sync with your CRM contacts
6. Go to the 'Advanced Settings' option.
7. Make sure that the option 'Use SSL' is switched on and that port 443 is used as shown below:
