If you are unable to open up a contacts History or view the History this may be due to you using Internet Explorer browser which is no longer supported by Microsoft and is incompatible with our CRM.
We recommend that you use either Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge (replacement for Internet Explorer) on a Windows PC.
If using a Mac then Safari or Google Chrome browsers.
Once you have switched browser to one of the above then the issue will be resolved.
