This is an Excel issue with the way numbers are formatted. 


You can use the Excel function 'Find and Replace' to find all affected numbers with '44' at the beginning and replace with '0' which will work far more quickly than changing each record individually. 


To use the Excel Find and Replace function please go to the Home tab inside Excel and select the Find & Select icon as shown in the screenshot below: 



From the menu select 'Replace' as shown below: 



Inside the Replace window enter the following:


Find what: enter 44 as shown below: 


Replace with: enter 0 as shown below: 



Click on 'Find All' to find all records affected. 


Each affected Cell will be highlighted - where you will see the '44' in front of the number click on 'Replace' to replace the '44' with a '0' as shown below: 



Repeat this to change all affected numbers.
