Contacts auto fed into the system from our website are not tagged correctly inside the database why? Print

Please check the email notification from your website form that is sent into your CRM account and check the heading in the email called Categories: this is where you will enter the tag(s) so that contacts will be automatically tagged inside the CRM

For example you may want to use the tags new-lead or website-enquiry - please separate each tag with a comma (,) without spacing in between such as: new-lead,south-west,website-enquiry

If you have used spacing in between the tag words this can cause a contact not to be tagged correctly.
