To turn off the call waiting feature on your phone please do the following:

1. Press the Setup button – as shown below:

2. Scroll to Preferences and press the select softkey.

3. Scroll to Call Waiting and press the edit softkey.

4. Press the y/n softkey to turn call waiting on or off.

5. Press the ok softkey.

6. Press the save softkey.
