Although we will make back-ups of your CRM account, many clients choose to have their own back ups on their PCs too.  

This ensures other files/documentation that are stored on PC or laptop hard-drives are also backed up too.

We can now help you with managing this process by setting you up with MozyPro for PC or Mac platforms. 

We send them you an email with a link to download the Mozypro back-up app on to your PC.  This will be needed for each PC/user so that they can run the backup on for instance a daily/twice daily basis etc.
