To create a PDF version of your email campaign please do the following:
1. Click on the e-Marketing icon along the menu bar:
2. Your email campaigns will be listed.
3. Select the PDF icon for the email campaign you want to create a PDF version of as shown below in red:
4. By clicking on this PDF icon your email campaign will be converted into a PDF as shown below:
5. To download a copy of the PDF document please click on the download arrow as shown below in red:
6. Here you will see the following pop up where you can either click 'Open with' (Adobe Reader) to view a copy of your PDF document or you can select 'Save File' (as shown below) to save a copy of the PDF document:
7. Select one of the two choices above and click on 'OK'.
8. Your PDF file will either be opened up on your screen (if you choose 'Open with) or downloaded into the downloads folder on your computer if you selected 'Save File'.
