Please note: You will need to view your contacts in 'people' mode and not in 'organisation' mode to be able to bulk delete contacts in List View.  


The screenshot below shows contacts displayed in List View: 



To view your contacts in People mode click on the person icon as shown below: 



To change your view to people mode please click on the 'person' icon as shown in the screenshot above.


You will then see the Delete button as shown in the screenshot below: 



If after doing this the contacts are still not deleted then this is likely to be a security setting which has been applied to these contacts in this tag group - whereby you have been granted permission to ‘create’ / ‘read’ and ‘update’ but specifically not to be able to ‘delete’ as shown in the example below: 



Therefore when your tried to delete these contacts it was ignoring this request.  So to get around this just select the tag group and go to the List View, and click on ‘Security’ button as shown below: 



Then drag your CRM user name over from the 'Available users/groups' list on the left over to the 'Permitted users/groups' on the right and check all of the checkboxes – and select ‘replace’ (ensuring the 'D' (Delete) is selected and then click on ‘Update’ as shown below: 



This will then set the permissions so that you can then delete the contacts in this tag group.
