How to find the IP address on your Polycom Desk Phone : Support

To find out what your phones IP address is please do the following:

1. Press the Menu button on your phone (as shown below in red)

2. Use the scroll arrows to scroll on the phones keypad to scroll to Status

3. Scroll to Platform

4. Scroll to Phone

The IP address will then be displayed.
