Please watch the video so that you can start using your new phone to make and receive calls.
Once you have plugged in the Desk phone using either a power supply or power over Ethernet (PoE) cable you will see that the Red light on your Handset will come on.
The LCD display will have 'Welcome Initialising'. It will take a few minutes for it to go through a series of configurations and updates and the Red light may flash.
Once it has finished the Red Light will be static and the LCD display will show time/date, name of your company or username (depending on what you asked to be displayed on the LCD display)
If you go into your CRM account and click on the Phone Icon.
Click on the 2nd icon down on the left hand side. You can see here that your phone line should now have a green tick against it to say the line is registered. You will now be able to use your handset to making outgoing and receive incoming calls.
