The way the system is set up is that each calendar is linked to a CRM user who 'owns' that calendar.
Each CRM user is linked to an email address that is associated to their user profile - this is where all email reminders for Tasks and Calendar events are sent.
We could look at linking up a CRM users profile with a generic email address for instance accounts@ or sales@ etc so that Calendar event reminders and/or Task reminders would be sent to this generic email address which would be seen by a team of people instead of an individual person.
