Call Back or Follow up Call Button– set as task pop up reminder which will automate a call back task:
Send Email Trigger – send a default email or choose from list of emails - as shown below:
Send one or multiple SMS Text Message Button – send from different mobile numbers and also set the time the SMS is triggered i.e. 3 days from selecting as a confirmation alert or send straight away. Choice of different standard SMS messages – see example below:
