Mobile Call Recordings feature
Ability to store call recordings from the calls you make using your mobile phones inside your CRM account.
3 options to consider:
1. Change your SIM card so that all calls are routed via us - however there would be costs for any minutes (making / receiving calls) - and would depend if you are in contract / etc. (We can advise more once we know the details of your mobile phones).
2. We set up a pass through number - which would allow you to call into us - and then establish an outgoing call to the other party - so you would just pay for the outgoing call that we would be making on your behalf.
3. Depending on your current mobile phones - we may be able to offer you a VoIP client for your phones - which would use data to make the call - so might not be as reliable - but you could certainly try it - to see if it works for you.
If you would like to find out more please advise us on the make/models of your mobiles and the system software, i.e. do phones run on Android or iOS software and what is the version you have on your phone. Once we have this information, we will be able to advise you further.
